Our experienced Project Management Office needs a PMO. The head of the PMO Office will be responsible for:
Creating and running a professional PMO office that delivers excellent projects, timeously within project management processes and governance.
Developed project/programme management and planning skills and experience initiatives and change programmes.
Develop and take ownership of our Project Delivery approach, its implementation and establishment.
Manage and control performance management of team members.
Must have the ability to manage virtual and/or matrix project teams as well as the PMO.
Prioritise and work with the business to determine appropriate project recourse allocation and time lines.
Must juggle different projects/priorities and deliver high quality outcomes under pressure.
Deliver timely, accurate and relevant project and portfolio reporting as agreed.
Manage resource planning against the prioritised portfolio of projects and the ability to work with the PMO and business to manage projects.
Support internal complex projects with PMO functions.
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of PMO experience and must be motivated and able to work without supervision.
