Fostering Growth in Communities Through Innovation: The Amanda Project Management Story

Driven by a passion for youth empowerment and the opportunities presented by the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR), Amanda Noholoza founded Amanda Project Management in 2018 and fully established the organisation in 2020. With a background in software project management, she and her team are committed to deploying 4IR solutions to drive transformation and create employment in South Africa.

One of her key initiatives is a water management project in Hammanskraal, where small businesses use trucks to deliver water. Her company provides monitoring and evaluation solutions to streamline operations, ensuring timely deliveries and optimised supply management.

A recent donation of Dell gateways and computer monitors from IoT.nxt will further enhance efficiency by lowering costs, as well as equipping interns and developers with essential tools for project collaboration. The Hammanskraal project will be the first to benefit, enabling small businesses to operate more sustainably despite tight profit margins.

Beyond project efficiency, IoT.nxt’s support for Amanda Project Management’s work fuels broader community impact—creating jobs, enhancing training and upskilling efforts, and strengthening local businesses.
